Unfortunately I am the quiet type on messageboards, I hope it isn't too forward to ask for some input on my final composition for my first mandarin class. The class is going through the Practical Chinese Reader, and we've completed the first 15 chapters, so I do not have much to work with yet. It is supposed to be a monologue on my life as a foreign student here at the University of Calgary: 大家好！我姓何我叫博文。我是留学生。我是中国人，我在卡大学习英语也学习法语。我在大学书店买书和纸。我有好朋友，她叫帕兰卡。她是加拿大人。她在银行工作。她有男朋友，她叫古波。古波是我朋友。古波是工程师。他现在学习法语。我们的教授姓王。王教授是法国人。她告诉我们∶法国酒是很好的水。帕兰卡告诉我们法国酒是很贵的水。帕兰卡和古波常常去我的那儿喝可口可乐。我常常给我家（人）写信。我很想他们。我有哥哥和妹妹。我哥哥的爱人是丁云。他们有很多孩子。丁云常给我写信，她告诉我∶她孩子是很好的孩子。我妹妹告诉我∶她问帕兰卡好。帕兰卡问她好。现在我很忙，我去宿舍学习英语。谢谢。再见！ Thanks, 何博文 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
