I can't login with my previous credentials. I can't send myself a new password (the e-mail never shows up in my inbox with a new password and yes I checked the spam box). I can't create a new account because it tells me my e-mail address already exists for that account (obviously). This happens in both Firefox and Safari on the Mac. I e-mailed tech support twice with no response and I tried calling their number during regular business hours and in the evening (do they even have tech support??). Anyone have any ideas?
