Last year me and several others (I suppose everyone who did) applied for the CSC scholarship to get into the BFA and couldn't, being sent elsewhere completely, instead. According to a friend there the CSC and BFA were in a war over how the foreign students were being treated, and the foreign students themselves obviously were as well. But then again, none were paying, which is completely different. Must be a great environment, certainly the best for studying Film in China, I plan on visiting in a couple of weeks.
