I originally thought 'Kiss Goodbye' might be a more suitable title. But having gone through the lyrics, I've changed my mind. 'Parting ways' seems more appropriate. This song seems to me to be more about unrequited love, whereas 'Kiss Goodbye' was more about mutual love made more difficult by circumstance. I've made some changes to the lyrics to tease out more the unrequited love aspect and also played around with the tenses a little bit to improve the lyricism.
