sambar Posted June 29, 2011 at 04:32 AM Report Share Posted June 29, 2011 at 04:32 AM I'm currently enrolled in Xiamen University's short term program and we're finishing up the book, "Short-term Spoken Chinese 2nd Edition: Threshold Vol.2 (汉语口语速成 第二版: 入门篇 下)" by BLCU Press . Since class is ending this week and I'd like to continue on studying, which NPCR book would you recommend I start in? Although my Mandarin is still minimal, I'm not too keen into starting with the very basics since I've already studied it here in class. Also, I've noticed on Amazon that NPCR has a textbook, textbook audio, workbook and workbook audio. Is ALL that necessary?? Lastly, apart from online, where else can I buy these books? Thanks!
