I will be working in Zhongguancun, so I am seeking an apartment to rent in a easily accessable place. I have seen some apartments (sharing with other people), but they were so dirty and in terrible conditions and around 1500 yuan. If u know anybody who is seeking a roommate and who is friendly, I would be so happy (females preferred-I am a female). The flat I am looking for should not be expensive but at least clean and lovely enough to live in. I am desperately looking for a friendly roommate to share a flat with whom I can be friend and do things together etc. because I know many roommates who even dont talk to each other..
