I used stylish extension (firefox) but deactivated it which also doesn´t help. To be precise there is the div-organized macro layout but no colors and no text formatting. I'm having the exact same problem, but only in Firefox. Tried everything to fix it. Nothing worked. When I want to view the forums I use Google Chrome. In that browser the new layout works fine.
