Just memorize the following: 1) 中国领导会见insert irrelevant foreign leader name here 2) insert economic activity here创造了史上新高 3) insert governmental or social regulation here改革见巨大成效 If you learn these three simple phrases, you've practically acheived full newspaper literacy !
