It looks like it 取 in the top half of the radical and I think it has 水 on the bottom half, but it's hard to see. I haven't been able to find it by looking up radicals. I think it is a compound word as X会, but I've misplaced my reverse dictionary, which might be useful in this case. Any thoughts? Thanks.
