Can someone help me translate the mark above? It is from a pair of tall vases.

I also have the following mark from a single smaller vase but I think it may be Japanese? Does anyone know if this is correct?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

The first one says 肥碟山信甫造 made by Hichozan Shinpo (Take a look -> http://www.imari.com/meiji_imari.htm)

The secode one says 日本西京安田造 made by Yasuda, Kyoto/Nishikyo, Japan

I am not sure if the romanisation is correct. Those who are more proficient in Japanese to comment please.
