The speaker then finds it unlikely that the dagger sprouted from inside Siye's body. (This implies that Siye must have been stabbed in the chest.) For example, 难道你不想去吗=你想去。 So，难道那匕首是从他体内长出来的吗 means it’s impossible that the dagger sprouts from his back. Instead, it is obvious that sb stab him with the dagger.
