The administration of Fudan university doesn't answer my mail i sent last week. My goverment needs a paper the school needs to fill in to grant me study loan for the tuition, accomondation. It's a certificate of the course information. My friend in China have also tried to call them and none answered the phone. I need this paper filled in and sighned before 9th feburari so i don't have much time. Anyone know what i can do?
