It's "来克", which are two Chinese characters they used to make the English sound of "Lake". "来克体育用品有限公司" is the Chinese name of the company, "Lake Sports Goods". I think yes. 国际业务部 -- international finance department/division There may be a difference between 业务 and finance. My dictionary tells me that “业务” means “business” and finance means “财政、金融”.
