To the topic at hand; I wanted to know of people's experiences studying in other cities. Is anyone currently studying in Nanjing? Or Shanghai? Maybe Chengdu? Currently I go to the University of Toronto and am thinking of taking the year off to countinue my Mandarin studies in China... I've been to Beijing several times and although the information conveyed on this board has been increadibly helpful, gotta admit that it's focused on the big, cold wintered, sand-stormy springed and smoggy summered capital.... (although i rather like the autumn in BJ)... any alternatives?
