Jobs are available for the best qualified applicants in the universities and middle schools. Less qualified applicants can also usually find work teaching in a private school. Occasionally I teach spoken English on the side, though I have no special training in that field. Have been living part of each year here since 2007 and by now consider Kunming my "second home." I also travel a lot in China and use Kunming as the hub. I'll be glad to try to help you answer other questions as time goes along.
