For example, on Tsinghua University's application there is a section that asks for details of the person that will provide financial support for study at the school. Can I tentatively fill this in and submit the app, but change the financial supporter later or decide to go to another school altogether? Plenty of people apply to University and then later either cancel their registration, defer entry or simply don't show up to school registration.
