I'll be moving there this year and, even though I can always improve my Mandarin, I'm at a level where I can do that by reading and talking, and I'd like to take advantage of my Mandarin skills to learn another dialect that'd be useful for my work (and which would be Cantonese and Shanghainese). If you contact any of the private schools they may have someone on staff who can do it. I think a language exchange partner might be the best you can do though.
