View simplified character file names on Big5 system.

My computer is set up to handle traditional characters in windows. I want to use an FTP program to browse file names written in simplified characters. I tried using NJStar CJK Viewer, but none of the encoding options seemed to work. I still haven't explored every option in the program, but I wanted to see if anyone else has any suggestions for viewing the file names. Thanks.

The Microsoft webpage says that's for Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server. I'm running Windows 2000 professional.

I guess I should just be able to add "Chinese (simplified)" in the regional settings control panel, but you need a CD for that, and I don't have one (this isn't my computer).
