Bachelor in business degree. Which uni to choose which fees are affordables for who works for study

I would like to start a bachelor degree on business next september. But I will need to work also to pay for it. Question is: I see in BJ there are many schools  who has these kind of bachelors but some of them are way too expensives like 50k yuan per year.

I'd like to take International Business Bachelor but I am well opened to other options.

According your experience is the name of the university in China you take your bachelor from so much important? And does someone know some university's name in which bachelor in business degree are not so expensives?
