I got this interesting item. Chinese snuff bottle. It seems like it is silver, but not sure. It has stump on the bottom - see the pictures. Please, can somebody help me to translate it? Thank you!

The Chinese characers are 天福紋銀 (Tianfu fine sterling silver). The last two characters mean that the silver is about 93.5374% pure. (Edit - I am not sure if this information is correct. But the two characters do refer to the level of purity of the silver).
