Simple flashcard program in Chinese to help students study English

I am looking for a flashcard program to help my Chinese students study English that has all of the menu options in Chinese.  Is there such?  I am going crazy because all of the hits I get on Google are about using Flashcard programs to study Chinese.

I wrote an entry on Lang-8 once about how I use Anki every day, and the responses I got seemed to indicate that flashcards of any kind are just not used in China.

Anki has been translated to many languages, including Simplified Chinese: https://translations.launchpad.net/anki/trunk

It should automatically start in Chinese on a Chinese computer, or at least it should be easy to change the default language, because they distribute translations together with the program. Since Anki is the de facto standard for SRS and language learning, I would look no further.
