The new version has built-in Chinese fonts that should look the same everywhere; the old version relied on whatever font was built into the phone, so those did vary quite a bit between phones (and in fact on many non-Chinese ones there'd be lots of characters missing altogether). But yes, as li3wei1 says you can install whatever custom Chinese font you want via Settings / Fonts. 2 Quote
