買到: why?

To me it seems it's the difference between 'Where can I succeed in buying phone cards' and 'Where can I buy phone cards'. Both are correct, and I think in practice there is no difference. (I'm not a native speaker though.)

Think about again... eh ... as questions, there‘s no difference between 买到 and 买, but in other kind of sentences, for example:

我买电话卡 The situation is that at a store, the shop assistant ask what do you want to buy and you ask with this way.

我买了电话卡 The situation is that you say so before’s asking.

我买电话卡了 The situation is that somebody ask have you buy that and you ask with that.

我买到电话卡了 It‘s kind of weird to hear a sentence like this, but it‘s okay to me ... almost same as 我买电话卡了, but it’s sounds like some show-off or it‘s proud of yourself that you had buy one.

So, yeah, there’s some difference between 买到 and 买.
