Tattoo Translation

I was wondering if anyone could translate this tattoo, many years ago my sister tried to make this tattoo and she was a newbie on the chinese language and im not sure if she got it right. its a two part tattoo thats supposed to say My Rage, My pain. I hate my darkest days.  Would be fun if anyone could translate this too see if its right or a mess up lol

Can anyone translate: My rage, My pain into chinese for me? if you look at my post i have another chinese tattoo and im getting new one like that on other arm so it would be great if anyone could do that so it will be right.  thanks alot and pls write it with big letters so its easy for me to copy it or take a picture of it.

The first one is pretty close.

The second one isn't quite there.  If I encountered it, I would understand it as "my difficulty" or even "my hard times"

 

For "my pain", consider merely 我的痛

I'm not sure I agree with Nathan Mao. 痛 is physical pain. 痛苦 is pain/suffering, and works well with your meaning - in fact even better than 痛, because it matches the same number of characters you use for rage, making it symmetrical.
