I would translate it with "enlightened man" or something like that, but I wonder if there is more to it. Is it maybe a famous phrase or a reference to something else? "Enlightened Man" is quite a stretch as the tattoo will appear as nonsense to Chinese people, who are likely the only folks in Europe who can read it.
