Need advices and precautions on locating tutor/babysitter

Hi there:

I am a Canadian and have business in Beijing. This year my 7 years old boy in coming to visit me for two months in the summer and to learn Chinese. Unfortunately, I wont be able to spend lots of time with him, so I am looking for a English speaking Tutor/babysitter to teach him Chinese, and take him for day trips.

If anyone of you have any suggestions on where and what to look for, and any potential problems I may encounter, will be greatly appreciated. Also, the rate of pay too, I am thinking in the neighborhood of $150rmb/day plus expenses.
