What type of tutor instruction works best in China?

I am living in Wuhan now and will be here until the end of July. I want to find a tutor to help me learn Chinese speaking/reading/writing faster than I am now. I probably cannot take a normal class at a university because the time I am here does not align with any class schedule. Is there somewhere I can look to find a language teacher who can tutor me part time?
