Looking at the site, I'm guessing it would take me a long time to figure out how to register, so I don't want to try if I can't really access it from the US anyway. I found one post that seems like you can use it from here but need to register as from overseas - but I wonder if I did that would there still be a lot of mandarin speaking people to interact with?
