I was browsing the Eastwind Books of Berkeley website and noticed that it sells 思想與社會 Thought and Society: An Advanced Text for Spoken Chinese (ICLP Taipei, 1997), which I remembered was a book that was discussed on the forums. Just wanted make this info available in case anyone's looking for the book.

Great find! Definitely one of the better books out there, and the book that helped me to transition into reading academic writing in Chinese. The price is a bit steep (the same edition is available for about US$9 in Taipei), but that's par for the course with books like this.
