It mean that you have plenty of time but you have nothing to do and you fell very boring .^_^

Like i would say the movie is 好無聊/ his words are 好無聊

The 好 here is more or less like 很, but with a sort of whiny twist.无聊 is kind of funny the way it can mean 'borING' or 'borED' depending on context. (usually the former)

好无聊 can also refer to meaningless, or no one will benefit from something done by someone. e.g.

别再这样做了，好无聊！有空找点儿有意义的事做吧。
