五指不沾阳春水

I only know 十指不沾陽春水, which describes a person, usually a woman, who never (has to) cook or do other household chores.

If a person is 五指不沾陽春水, then maybe he/she has only one hand, or he/she has to use one hand to do some housework after all.

陽春麵 is food (i.e. plain noodles). I am not sure about the story of 陽春水.

陽春麵 is plain noodles only with spring onion. 陽春水 comes from idiom 陽春三月,Chinese think water is still very cold in march of traditional Chinese calendar, so woman's housework in this season is regarded a damage to their hand/finger beauty.
