Perhaps more characters can be added and a comma put between 尼 and 可 (or their modifications). Maybe even write something in classical Chinese and make it vertical. Only meaningless phonetic approximations can be found. I can tell you this is not entirely true. Shakespeare can be translated as 謝詩丕. Chris can be translated as 柯睿思. Linda can be translated as 林妲. I think 小開 is quite good, it sounds prosperous and happy. 李小開 or 木子小開 sound nice. And if someone is mad at me, he/she could just say 死開!
