paperbagprince Posted November 9, 2015 at 09:17 PM Report Share Posted November 9, 2015 at 09:17 PM For a few reasons, I have been considering going to China for graudate school. I have long wanted to do this as a means of perfecting my Chinese and challanging myself. However, I am already 25 and do not have any real work experience. (I took a gap year to travel, as well as 2 years in China to learn Chinese in the past). Because of this, I am a bit nerverous about putting off work for ANOTHER 2 years. If I stay in the US, I can work and go to grad school (at least part time). However, what about China. Is it possible to both go to work and school at the same time. I do not mean teaching english or voice over work, I mean an acutual job, such as in a company, a research organization, or a non-profit. Is this possible, and if so should I get into a school and then look for work, or should I find a job and then apply to universities? Or, will I just have to tihnk about doing grad school in China with internships on the side? Thank you
