I'm looking for somebody to take over my room for a few months. Move in asap, move out depending on you. Min 3 months short-term acceptable. Feburary rent free. This is a nice ensuite room in a new flat. The common area is shared with 3 other professionals, basically the kitchen, the living-room and the common bathroom area. That does not really matter as far as I lived there since I have my own bathroom, plus everybody works and eats outside, we almost didn't see each other... The transportation and the surroundings are quite convenient, easy to get around; there are many professionals and students living in that area.
