Trying to import but does not seem to find my iPhone. mikelove Posted May 28, 2016 at 02:06 PM Report Share Posted May 28, 2016 at 02:06 PM The "Share" function is dicey - had to change the protocol we used in 3.1.something-or-other because Apple dropped support for the old protocol, so old + new versions of Pleco can't share files reliably over that. The most reliable old-to-new-version flashcard database moving approach is usually to .zip the backup and email it to yourself; back up the database (Import/Export / Backup Database), go into File Manager, Edit, select the file, Pack or Zip, Edit again, select the zip file, Email, and email it to yourself as an attachment. Pleco should show up as an 'Open In' destination for the file on the other device; do that, unpack it (tap on it in File Manager), then Restore Database. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
