They don't ship outside of China and ordering through an agent will cost you as much, they actually charge even more for shipping + commission for their services. As for purpleculture, I don't see much difference in shipping costs with the things I order from the US, for example, because international shipping rates usually start at 10$ minimum and get higher with more weight added.
