I've gathered and sent all of the documents to my potential employer. They now have to apply for some documents which they are going to send to me. Then I am to apply at my local embassy in London for the Z Visa with these documents. Could someone please explain what these documents are and how long it could potentially take for my employer to get these documents? It's fairly routine - I'd guess a week? There will be a lot of variance though. Do you know if they've employed foreigners before?
