I am looking to study chinese in china but am unsure of what school or area to attend. I have the following link which aranges language holidays to china www.language-abroad.co.uk but before I book I would like to know if anyone has heard of these schools or could recomend any.

The link I gave is down over the weekend as they are doing a server upgrade but the promised it will be back on monday :-?

Any advice will be appreciated

Beijing Language and Culture University should be the first choice.Peking University is another acceptable choice.By contrast,BLCU has more experience and longer history on teaching Chinese, especially for beginners and medium learners. If you wanna a further education on Chinese or Chinese culture, PKU may be a better destination.

That's my opinion.I hope it's helpful for you.
