There is a picture of a board with slogans at a neighbourhood committee in Beijing. I'd be grateful for help with transcription and translation. I attach a photo. It's a bit like grass script and my Chinese is not too good. I have most of the first two lines: 团结起来， 为了一个。。。表， 就是巩固无产阶级专政 (consoidate the dictatorship of the proletariat) But I'm not getting much for the rest.
