HSK 3 or 4 for the confucious Institute scholarship?

Hey guys :)

I wanted to ask a few things :

Did any changes happen in the requirements of the scholarship?

I've been told that I need to have the HSK4 exam. 

And I also wanted to know if anyone had taked the HSKK intermediate exam how are the questions like and could you give me some examples.
