rockytriton Posted August 8, 2005 at 02:27 PM Report Share Posted August 8, 2005 at 02:27 PM Hi, I did some improvements on my flash card program that I posted a while back. Now you can organize things into categories and you can do character to pinyin and character to definition quizzes. It will remain free of course, unfortunately it only works on Windows 2000 and XP type systems. It doesn't support the DOS windows versions like 95/98 and probably not ME because they don't support unicode. Anyway, if anyone cares to check it out and let me know if they think there are things that should be fixed or changed, that would be awesome! frostybird Posted August 22, 2005 at 02:00 AM Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 at 02:00 AM Hi Rocky, I just started using your program, it's very very nice, thank you! I've been looking for something like this for a while. And it's free! Frostybird
RobAnt Posted September 4, 2005 at 08:48 AM Report Share Posted September 4, 2005 at 08:48 AM It's very good, but may I suggest an improvement - an audio representation of each word in the dictionary - sort of click to hear idea! Dan Bang Posted September 11, 2005 at 06:14 AM Report Share Posted September 11, 2005 at 06:14 AM Hi, when I open the program it won't show the characters, it only shows different squared symbols. It seems like I'm missing a language package?
Ken Posted October 4, 2005 at 02:48 AM Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 at 02:48 AM Is there a flashcard program that has organized characters with translation & pinyin based on common strokes or beginning with simplest forms? xiexie
trusmis Posted October 4, 2005 at 05:25 AM Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 at 05:25 AM Well, I'd like to see a version for linux, but I guess that it's too difficult to port the code.
