Generally, all the third tones will become rising tones except the last one, as long as the characters belong together. See this thread. BTW, I disagree with the advice to not learn tones. Speaking without tones is usually understandable, but it will give you a very thick accent. You will not learn them through osmosis, unless you're a child growing up in a Chinese environment.
