Take the device from which you are trying to pay (laptop, tablet, or phone.) Take your passport (for ID.) Staff there will have to help you set up on-line payments, they need to turn on that account feature for you. Some banks also give you a small electronic gizmo which generates a one-time log-in password or PIN code as well. Take your bank debit or credit card. Take your passbook 银行存折 if you have one.
