Tomorrow I must peace all the way out to the far end of Minhang where public transit is still sort of crap and slow. After much ado about being assigned an apartment that has not been built yet, I have found a place to live. It is ~1 hour’s walk from SJTU campus (where I need to be at every day). I decided it might be a sound idea to buy a used motorbike/scooter and use that to commute so the distance sucks less. Does anyone know of a place in Shanghai (preferably in Minhang near the SJTU campus) where I can buy something like that with good quality on the cheap?
