Intermediate level, 2 sentences to check

Hello, 

I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether these two sentences are grammaticaly correct or not.

我将来除了翻译想给中国的公司与欧洲的之间 充当中间人。在中国的时候我除了上课还计划调查中国人做生意的方法。

Apparently you know 除了……还 is a pair. So 我将来除了翻译(之外)还想…… (之外 is added for prosodic reasons.)

给 marks a noun as the beneficiary. It's equivalent to 'for'. The preposition that goes with 'A与B之间' is 在. (之 is the classical version of 的. You don't need another 的 before 之.) So either ……在中国(的)公司与欧洲的之间充当中间人 or ……给中国的公司充当与欧洲之间的中间人. (Again, how many 的 you need depends on prosody.)

And the last sentence: 在中国的时候期间我除了上课还计划调查中国人做生意的方法。 (It's not strictly wrong. It's just, well, awkward, inconsistent with the overall style.)

Do these necessarily imply that OP wants to be the go-between for Chinese companies and European companies?

I see what you mean. The safest way then is to repeat the noun. 在中国公司与欧洲公司之间充当中间人.
