Help translating caoshu for research

I wondered if different audiences are using the different forums - linguistic, history and art researchers,

I did not know about the possibility to merge the posts together.

But now I think all the posts are again in the "Classical Chinese" forum. no?

OK, so thanks to imron the post with all its reactors moved to the art forum in order to widen the discussion with out loosing what was already achieved.

And here I go again, I got a new picture, with a new text. Same kind. Of course some of it is hidden,

and the quality is not so good. Yet, anybody can help understand what we got here? 

especially: is there a year, a place, a name and if the text is a quote, I will be glad to help find out where from.
