Giving some context of your object would help a lot. At the moment theres ’地‘ and '呂運' (probably a persons name). As for the second 'character', you're right to be confused, as far as I can tell its not a character, perhaps a combination of characters or a set of numbers. Welcoming any other ideas...

Given the nice handwriting and the size of the second character, my guess would be that this is indeed a real character, but I have no idea which one. Perhaps it's a relatively uncommon variant of a more common character?
