It reads 天生狂野 and I expect it was supposed to translate the English "born to be wild". Quick search suggests it was used to do that at least by whoever typed the lyrics up here https://baike.baidu.com/item/Born To Be Wild/13884094

The calligraphy is not too great. Looks like it was written by a twelve-year-old with a marker. But at least all the characters are written correctly, no missing strokes.
