How long does it generally take to receive a university admissions package (including JW201/202)

I was accepted to study Chinese for a year at ECNU around a week ago. The whole thing is very last minute and I'm worried the admissions package won't arrive in time. I have emailed the university but haven't received a response yet. I need the admissions notice and JW201/202 form in order to submit my visa application.

 

If you have experience applying to a chinese university, how long did it take for your admissions package to arrive?

Did you apply for CIS or CSC?

I didn't apply for any scholarships.

 

For anyone interested, the DHL package arrived 14 days after my application was confirmed.
