I know this topic has been extensively covered and I have visited multiple housing sites. Anyone knows of a building with rehabbed units? If you need to be in walking distance I suggest you get a room at the dorm. I ended up living a bit further away but it costs 30-40% less and the apartment is much better than the ones around BLCU/wudaokou. All in all it takes me 25 to 40 minutes to arrive, depending on what transportation means I take. E-bike/e-scooter is the fastest, but sometimes I just don't feel like it, then I take a bus where I can get a seat and go through my notes. "Ziroom" (自如) offers somewhat better units, often with renovated bathrooms and kitchens, though there are exceptions. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
